Nicki has always been highly organised in her personal life, and she recognised early on the value of these skills in creating efficiency and structure. Driven by a desire to help others achieve the same level of organisation, she sought to transfer these skills into her professional life. By doing so, she aims to empower others to become more organised, ultimately improving productivity and reducing stress in both personal and professional environments.
Boosting Team Morale Through Social Events: Recognising the importance of team spirit, Nicki organises regular social events that bring people together, foster connection, and create a positive work culture. Whether it’s a casual get-together or a more structured celebration, her events help build stronger, happier teams.
Keeping the Kitchen Stocked and Spirits High: Nicki makes sure the office kitchen is always well stocked with snacks, drinks, and essentials, because a well-fed team is a happy one!
Nicki spent the first 15-years of her career in the advertising industry as a project manager, and has since worked in recruitment, and as a PA and Office Manager for a food development company. Nicki is now using her extensive experience in Factotum’s HR department.
Her grandfather. He completed his law degree at the age of 65, having originally qualified during the war but unable to finish it at the time.
