Position Overview
The Resource Management and Operations Lead is a key role in the Delivery Operations team, ensuring smooth operations while supporting growth through new delivery centres and acquisitions. The successful candidate will lead a team of Resource Managers and Operations Coordinators, optimising resource allocation, enhancing efficiency, and working closely with senior leadership to scale the business.
This role requires strategic and operational expertise, strong stakeholder management skills, and experience in scaling professional services teams.
Core Responsibilities
Operations & Resource Management:
- Lead the team to ensure efficient company operations.
- Optimise resource allocation to meet project demands.
- Develop and implement resourcing strategies to support growth.
- Identify and apply operational improvements.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work with senior leadership to address resourcing needs.
- Collaborate with People and Talent teams to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Resolve resourcing conflicts and identify solutions.
- Support expansion efforts, including new delivery centres and acquisitions.
Commercial & Strategic Contribution:
- Use data insights to drive decision-making.
- Ensure commercial awareness of project revenue and financial forecasting.
- Improve business operations and scalability.
Capabilities Required
- Experience in resource management and operations, ideally in professional services or technology.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with project management best practices.
- Proven leadership in scaling operations.
