Position overview

We are looking for an accomplished Lead Consultant with expertise in the health sector, specifically focusing on projects involving the NHS and NHS England (NHSE). This senior role demands an individual with extensive experience in healthcare technology and strategic leadership, ideally having held executive positions such as Chief Information Officer (CIO) or Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The successful candidate will lead consulting projects, provide strategic advisory services and build strong relationships with NHS stakeholders to promote positive change and innovation.

Core responsibilities

 

  • Project Leadership: Oversee the planning and execution of consulting projects aligned with NHS and NHSE objectives and best practices.
  • Client Engagement: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with NHS leaders, offering tailored strategic guidance on technology adoption and operational enhancement.
  • Strategic Advisory: Act as an expert on digital transformation and healthcare IT systems, providing insights to improve patient outcomes and operational performance.
  • Data Analysis: Perform comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, support strategic decisions, and deliver clear, actionable reports.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of consultants, nurturing a culture of excellence, collaboration and continuous learning.
