Position Overview

The Content Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the content marketing strategy across Europe, helping to build and communicate the brand’s story post-merger and rebrand. This individual will be responsible for producing and optimising content across various channels, from social media posts to in-depth research reports, while working closely with cross-functional teams to support the company’s growth objectives.

Core Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Production:

  • Develop and implement the content marketing strategy in collaboration with the Director of Marketing and vertical leads.
  • Create a wide range of content, including blogs, research reports, landing pages, newsletters, and social media posts, ensuring alignment with SEO and digital strategy.

Case Study Development & Agency Management:

  • Manage the production of case studies in collaboration with marketing, sales, and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the relationship with the PR agency to ensure brand alignment and consistency in messaging.

Social Media & Performance Analysis:

  • Build and execute social media strategies to enhance the brand’s presence across platforms.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide insights to optimise content effectiveness and engagement.

Sales Support & Collaboration:

  • Partner with the sales team to create content that supports pitches, customer proposals, and prospect engagement.

Capabilities Required

  • Proven content marketing experience, ideally within a B2B tech environment.
  • Strong creative and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a broad audience.
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and experience with CMS tools.
