The Communications Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimising the company’s digital communications strategy across multiple channels, including email, SMS, WhatsApp, and emerging platforms. The role is key in driving audience engagement and delivering clear, compelling messaging that demystifies investing for the company’s community.
Working closely with a talented marketing team, this role offers the opportunity to shape communication strategies while gaining in-depth knowledge of investing through the company’s comprehensive training programmes.
Minimum of three years’ experience in digital communications or email marketing, with a proven impact on revenue and engagement metrics.
Strong track record of improving key performance indicators such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Experience managing CRM systems and email marketing platforms, with a preference for KEAP (or a willingness to fully learn it).
Expertise in email deliverability, spam prevention, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and apply insights.
Experience working cross-functionally with marketing and content teams.
Ability to translate complex financial concepts into engaging and accessible communications.
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Familiarity with AI applications in marketing communications.
Portfolio showcasing successful email marketing campaigns and digital communication strategies.
Degree-level education (preferred but not essential).
Experience in marketing financial services or e-learning products.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template customisation.
