Position Overview


We are seeking a highly driven Data Cloud Business Hunter to spearhead new business acquisition and revenue growth. This leadership role focuses on identifying opportunities, developing strategic sales approaches, and securing new clients to expand the Data Cloud Business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and cloud-based data solutions.

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive new business opportunities and secure new clients using a consultative sales approach.
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Data Cloud Business, leveraging expertise in Snowflake or Databricks platforms.
  • Lead large-scale legacy modernisation initiatives to create disruption in the market.
  • Build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Craft tailored proposals, negotiate deals, and present solutions that align with client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and account growth.
  • Maintain accurate sales data and pipeline management using CRM tools.

Capabilities Required

  • 8–12 years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record in enterprise data solutions.
  • Experience selling Snowflake or Databricks platforms.
  • Strong ability to develop and execute multi-year sales strategies.
  • Expertise in managing multiple customer engagements and consulting teams.
  • Proven success in building relationships at CxO level.
  • Hands-on experience with proposal development and client presentations.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Authorisation to work in the US on a permanent basis.
