Position Overview

As a Senior Agile Delivery Consultant, you will lead business analysis and product ownership activities, working closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. You will play a key role in tailoring and promoting agile methodologies, coaching teams, and facilitating workshops while driving the evolution of the Agile Delivery function within the organisation.

Core Responsibilities

  • Business Analysis & Product Ownership: Lead business operations analysis and requirements gathering, manage the backlog as Product Owner, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Agile Methodology & Scrum: Tailor agile practices to the project context, coach teams on Agile methods, and facilitate key agile events to promote successful project delivery.
  • Agile Delivery Consultancy: Share knowledge and coach junior team members, assist with sales activities, and provide guidance on the effective use of Agile methodologies in delivering client value.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Lead discovery activities, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure project goals align with client needs and business benefits.

Capabilities Required

  • Proven leadership experience in managing projects and teams, with expertise in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, and Agile frameworks.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead workshops and facilitate discovery sessions.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (BA) and/or Product Ownership (PO), and in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
  • Experience in consulting environments, ideally with a background in Cloud technology and cross-discipline projects (Data, AI/ML, App Dev, Security).

Desirable Skills

  • Familiarity with Google Cloud technologies.
  • Experience with cross-functional projects and managing client-facing roles.
