Position Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling innovative digital solutions, managing existing accounts, and building new business relationships. This fully remote position offers a unique opportunity for an individual with 3-4 years of sales experience—ideally in digital media—to contribute to the transformation of an established brand into a digital-first leader.

The successful candidate will be goal-oriented, adept at relationship building, and have a proven track record in achieving sales targets. They will be comfortable selling across various channels, including digital publications, social media, newsletters, and events, while fostering strong collaboration with internal teams.

Core Responsibilities

Sales Management:

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets while adhering to agreed yield and series frameworks.
  • Drive new business growth with a particular focus on digital-first solutions.
  • Identify revenue opportunities from new and existing accounts, offering integrated campaign solutions.

Client Engagement:

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships by attending meetings and events.
  • Effectively communicate and introduce digital campaigns to print-focused clients.
  • Liaise with the Social Team to sell and implement partnership content.

Product Knowledge:

  • Champion digital solutions, ensuring familiarity with offerings across websites, digital publications, social platforms, newsletters, and magazines.
  • Collaborate with the Publishing and Editorial teams to deliver seamless, commercially successful projects.

Operational Excellence:

  • Work closely with the Head of Finance to ensure accurate reporting and invoicing of all revenue.
