Focus areas
You will have a dual role of ensuring our products are deployed efficiently and on time to our clients, whilst building strong, working relationships with our clients
You will liaise, coordinate and unblock our technical teams (including developers, product managers, and bioinformaticians) with sharp analysis and well-communicated decisions.
You will be the key contact point between our clients and internal teams to manage project delivery ensuring issues are addressed quickly, and projects are successfully delivered on time to client specifications.
You will manage client stakeholders to support both project delivery, and work with our sales teams to identify, scope and agree new opportunities.
Core responsibilities
As a Client Manager your day-to-day responsibilities will be varied, and will depend on the project and client. A representative example of responsibilities include:
The day to day management of projects and work with our internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of our Products into our Client environments.
Communicating with client stakeholders regularly to support project delivery and build strong, successful client relationships
Identify and influence wider stakeholders at our clients, and our clients’ clients who influence and support our project success
Specific Project Management responsibilities including:
○ Project planning, including requirement gathering
○ Coordinating internal engineering teams and client teams to remove project blockers and issues
○ Take end-to-end ownership for incidents and escalate them where necessary to see them through to resolution.
○ Identifying and implementing actions to support successful project delivery
○ Work with our Product Managers to understand client needs and requirements
○ Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency, and support the continuous
improvement in our Ways of Working and processes
Support new Sales opportunities by:
○ Proactively managing client relationships to build and a partnership
○ Understand the client strategy and targets, ensuring we are delivering value
○ Support End User activities to ensure Product success
○ Identify new Client needs and opportunities to support our sales
○ Liaise with our Sales team to progress and finalise upsell opportunities

Competitive salary – range S$100,000 – S$120,000
