Factotum Group LLP has acquired the talent acquisition business of Sydney Tyler Limited. The deal adds recruitment, executive search, and head-hunting capabilities to the rapid expansion trajectory of Factotum, the national outsourcing group.
Factotum is a multi-disciplinary outsourcing practice offering accounting, HR, IT, and marketing services. Earlier this year, the business of R3 IT Services and Modus Analytics was acquired.
